FCEM Newsletter November 2016

FCEM management team and Director of Heinrich Böll Stiftung (HBS) Southeast Asia visit Hanoi on November 19-21, 2016 to talk with grantees in Vietnam and to view their exhibition and event.

This collaboration between FCEM, HBS, and grantees is under the project “Redefining Freedom of Expression in Southeast Asia: Voices from the Ground”

On November 3, 2016 at Prince Palace hotel, Prachatai journalist, Nalutporn Krairiksh, was speaking at a session on draft strategic planning for the advancement of women between 2017 -2021. She urges to end ‘one-sided’ sterilization advice by doctors and to provide effective and respectful access on sex education to women and girls with disabilities.

FCEM staff annual meeting was hold on 26-28 November at Khao Yai, Nakhon Ratchasima province. We revisit our mission, review competitors, revise strategy, and redo our SWOT analysis as well as recharge our working energy.
